Here you'll find our minimum requirements for running PPS Local, PPS Hosted & PPS Express

PPS Local (Offline)

1.5Ghz Dual Core processor or faster
3GB+ RAM
For networked installations where the PPS database is shared between multiple workstations, we recommend a wired network operating at 1 Gbps speeds across all network devices, including switches, routers, cabling and network interface cards to ensure stable performance and data integrity.

The user installing PPS, future updates, and any ancillary applications (such as PPS Sync Server and API Functions Library) must have local administrator rights on the workstation or server.
Administrator permissions are required to install components, register system services, and configure the necessary Windows and network settings.
Mac users can run PPS within a Windows virtual machine (for example, using Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, or similar software).
The virtual machine must meet or exceed the Windows system requirements specified for PPS installations above.
Networked installation users need to have read and write access to the PPS-Database folder.

PPS Hosted (Online)

Printing - In order to print from PPS Hosted the latest version of TSPrint needs to be installed. The printer must also be working inside of the local environment.
Scanning - In order to scan into PPS Hosted the latest version of TSScan needs to be installed. The scanner must also be working inside of the local environment and have up to date TWAIN drivers from the manufacture set up.
Printing and Scanning is not supported from mobile devices

PPS Express can be accessed from any device with an up to date web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox with the latest updates installed.
